The Stop Gambling App, by Extern Problem Gambling, is currently available to people living on the island of Ireland. If you would like to sign up, please just fill out this form (or fill it out, below) and we will send you the login details. You can create an account anonymously, but we will need your email address to open an account on the app platform. The app runs on the Mighty Networks Platform. This provides for additional discretion, as it does not appear as a gambling-specific app on your device. As with all of our services, your data is protected by both GDPR and therapeutic confidentiality. We require a sign-up form in order to ensure that people who use the app are based on the island of Ireland, where our service provision is limited to. Content and information within the app is directed at people living on the island of Ireland.

The app includes gambling addiction worksheets and workbooks, along with weekly reflections to track your progress. Also included are inspirational gambling addiction recovery stories, from people who have lived experience of getting into stable recovery. Podcast episodes also cover some of the cognitive distortions and irrational beliefs associated with problematic gambling. New content is delivered to you, through the app, every few days. The app covers your first 100 days of working on your recovery.
